If you are looking for HIT- high intensity training then my “Boot Camp” group personal training class, will get you in shape quickly. If getting toned and detailed muscles while burning extra fat ,is on your list of fitness goals, then come try out my” Lower Body Blast” group class. It is aimed to get your glutes and legs in peck shape. Then for your upper body I suggest taking my “Tip Top Conditioning” group class.  It will tone up your arms, shoulders, back and chest. These classes will be geared to your fitness level, so don’t worry you can do it and have fun at the same time. If you aren’t up for group classes then maybe a personal training session is what you are looking for a sure way to make sure you are getting the most out of your time in the club. I am NASM certified and together you and I can achieve success in obtaining your fitness goals. With my vast skills and knowledge of workout programs, I can create a program that is tailor just for you.
